Witchy Woman Walking
Be the Witness│Practice Pause
We’ve all been there… someone says or does something that presses your buttons, without taking a moment to pause… you react. In these moments, our reaction is often overblown, unkind, or at the very least, unnecessary. Now, more than ever, we need to become the masters of our own energy. We’re living in a time that feels very divisive; adding this moment of pause and reflection into our daily practice is imperative. Show others what it looks like to listen and breathe; from this place of calm, true healing and connection is possible. As we wander through the woods on this beautiful, frigid morning, visualize yourself as the witness and the witch.
